GRILLED ITALIAN SUB SANDWICH
(Servings will vary)
1 loaf Italian bread
1/4 lb. each of sliced ham, provolone, salami, mortadella, and fresh mozzarella
1 cup sliced roasted red peppers

Dressing:
Combine about 1/3 cup of live oil with the juice of 1 lemon.
Add 1 tsp each of oregano and garlic powder.
Salt and pepper to taste.
Heat charcoal fire or gas grill.
Cut bread in half horizontally.  Hollow out he top and bottom with your hands
Brush both halves with the dressing.
Layer the bottom half with the ham, provolone, red peppers, salami, mortadella, olives, and mozzarella. 
Place top half of bread on.
Wrap bread tightly in aluminum foil.
Place bread on grill and cook about 20 minutes, turning once.
For a crustier loaf,  during the last 5 minutes of cooking, carefully open the foil to expose the top of the bread.
Remove from grill and allow to sit for 5 minutes before slicing.
